Patient-centered medicine is one of the main concepts of 21st century medicine, and HHD is a treatment that is truly a prototype of this. In Japan, personalized dialysis, which improves patients' quality of life by changing dialysis prescriptions, has been developed.

The concept of this meeting is to illuminate the future of dialysis patients with these two lights.

We believe that this meeting will provide you with a lot of useful information for your daily practice.

このたびは、在宅血液透析と個別化透析にフォーカスを当てたISHDと日本在宅血液透析学会の合同会議にKDIGOを迎えて開催できることを大変光栄に思います。患者中心の医療は21世紀の医療の主要な概念の一つであり、患者が自立して行うHHDはまさにその典型的な治療法です。また、日本では患者の症状やQOLにフォーカスして透析処方を工夫するという世界でもユニークな個別化透析が発展してきました。この2つの光で透析患者の未来を明るく照らそうというのが本会議のコンセプトです。本会議を通して我が国で発展した個別化透析のノウハウを世界に発信する機会にしたいと思います。 多数の皆様のご参加をお待ち申し上げます。
